The Store Manager leads his/her team to ensure that guests experience the unique Starbucks Experience. The Store Manager manages all aspects of the operation, including creating and developing the team, supervising the workforce, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the operation’s financial performance.
Opening experience helpful. College degree preferred but will consider related experience. Ideal candidates have related fast-paced retail experience with a proven record of success and team leadership. Must be customer service oriented and truly enjoy the customer interaction experience. Must have a solid working knowledge of P&L review. Requires solid computer skills including the Web and Microsoft Office applications. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
