    General Summary:


    Primary function is inside sales calls.  Responsible for revenue production of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for RevPar, occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).  Must utilize a hands on approach to be actively involved on a daily basis in providing support to the Director of Sales.


    Principal Responsibilities:


    • Job Duties & Responsibilities

      • Assist the Director of Sales by handling of details for incoming groups by corresponding with contact from time of contract to departure. Detailing includes creating group contracts, confirming information, inputting rooming list into PMS and processing billing to SOP.
      • Anticipating customer needs and assisting with answering questions and providing solutions
      • Conducting hotel tours and site inspections as required,
      • Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients
      • Receive and Qualify incoming inquiries for hotel’s meeting space.
      • Improve personal skill set by complete required training, as required for this position,
      • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.

      Knowledge & Skills

      • Detail Orientated
      • Good computer skills (MS Office & SalesPro )
      • Proficiency in English
      • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • A team player with high level of dedication
      • Hilton Experience a plus (ONQ)




    A Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four year college or university; or one to two years related management or comparable experience is strongly preferred.  Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and other financial data is essential.    Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service is necessary.  Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.   Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
